Industry Leading Warranty Coverage
All construction projects with CBA Construction are backed by a 12 month project warranty on all workmanship and materials furnished by CBA Construction. In addition to our standard one year warranty, and as an additional charge; we provide a limited lifetime maintenance and repair warranty for all non MPE products we install for as long as you own the home. MPEs are backed by our 12 month project warranty only.
What are MPEs? Mechanical HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades and their respective materials, maintenance and labor.
So what is covered in our limited lifetime warranty?
Drywall and painting repairs up to 48” diameter forever - that’s right, you never have to worry about the kids damaging the walls, or the movers dinging them either. We’ll take care of it free of charge, for as long as you own the home. If you need a room repainted that we painted for you before, we’ll paint it again for you for free - one occurrence per customer. That’s right, if you want us to paint the work we remodeled for you again in a different color, we’ll do it for free, up to one occurrence.
Vanity repairs or replacements if deemed necessary by the contractor
Hardware replacement if a knob or handle breaks
Countertop chips up to 1/4”; countertop replacement if deemed necessary by the contractor up to one occurrence.
Flooring repairs for chips or cracks
Grouting repairs
Tile repair or replacement for cracked tile
Door repairs or replacement if deemed necessary by the contractor.
Window pane or whole window replacements if deemed necessary by the contractor.
Fixing cracks in caulking
Repoint Mortar repairs on all masonry work
Stone and brick work replacement per piece if fallen out cracked split or broken
Casework and trim repair or replacement
Trex Deck board repair or replacement if deemed necessary by the contractor. Roofing patch and repair for lifetime, or duration of shingle warranty, whichever comes first.
Most companies in our industry don’t offer a limited lifetime warranty, some don’t even offer any warranty period. Not only are we confident enough in our work that we offer it, but we know word of mouth is the best free marketing and we only ask that you shamelessly brag about it to your friends and family so they can become one of our customers too. The only major exclusions in our warranty are acts of god, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or tornado, or customer negligence such as damage caused by flooding a bathtub or sink or toilet overflow, gross negligence, vandalism, or damages caused by other trades after we left. Our exclusion items are those which are typically covered within most homeowner insurance policies.
Our limited lifetime warranty is only to our customers and only includes work that CBA Construction has installed and is not transferable. Ask about it for your project when we provide you with a free estimate!
